At the beginning of his career, Kevin worked for Swiss Re in the large corporate direct insurance division called Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. A personal incident of medical malpractice made him find his purpose in health management. Today, Kevin is the CEO at SIP Medical Family Office. For over 25 years, individuals, families, and companies have relied on SIP’s expertise to protect their health worldwide. Founded as an International Private Medical Insurance advisor, SIP has developed into a Medical Family Office. SIP also provides a Medical Concierge service for strategic health planning, covering Privileged Healthcare, Preventive Medicine, Longevity, Medical Records Management, and more.

Born and raised in Italy, Francesca graduated in Languages and International Relations. She worked in the airline industry before joining the International Private Medical Insurance sector in 2019. Fluent in English, French, and Italian, she has lived in France, the UK, UAE, Lithuania, and Switzerland. At SIP, she advises private clients, companies, NGOs, and embassies on international health insurance solutions.

Camille Marcelpoil has worked in the International Private Medical Insurance sector since 2009 and joined SIP as an Account Manager. She manages a global clientele of corporates and individuals, contributes to strategic projects, and assists in SIP’s Medical Concierge offering.

Dr. Stella George has 25+ years of experience in global health insurance. She oversees clinical and well-being programs, managing all clinical functions internationally to improve health outcomes while controlling costs.

Dr. Christophe Delong is a physician specializing in Rehabilitation and Sports Traumatology, and a recognized leader in the management of chronic neuro-musculoskeletal (NMSK) disorders. His expertise is built on a diverse background, including his role as Head of Department for Rehabilitation at APHP Paris and a large patient base over nearly 25 years in private practice. A unique experience as an autonomy coordinator gives him rare insight into the entire patient care chain, from hospital to home. As a graduate of the prestigious École de Management des Hôpitaux – Mines de Paris, he combines this clinical and systemic knowledge with an understanding of global healthcare systems. He leverages new technologies and projects like Kinexa to champion a modern, ethical, and efficient health ecosystem.

Christophe de JAEGER is one of the founder of anti aging medicine in Europe. He started his career as a geriatrician and he is professor of medical physiology at MTU, the international university in Belgrade, and a specialist of the management of ageing in Paris. He teaches at the medical school in Paris. He is the author of many articles and several books on aging management. He is also Founder President of the European Institute of Longevity and the French society of longevity physiology and medicine. Christophe de JAEGER is also the former funder and redactor in chief of the international review Medicine and Longevity. He is head of the medicine and physiology of Longevity Institute (Institut de Jaeger) and scientific and medical director of the Prevention, Health and Longevity Institute in Paris.

Tino De Veerman is the Director of Sales and Client Management IOH SMO since April 2024. He joined Cigna in 1994 and went through various roles in Finance and Operations before joining the Commercial teams in 2019. Tino is responsible for the overall management, growth and profitability of Cigna IOH’s Government Business. He leads a combined structure, which spans next to Government Organisations also SMO NGO’s and IGO’s.
