For our firm, a globally active, independent Medical Family Office for an affluent international clientele, we are looking for an additional force to support and service our clients.
For over 25 years we have been focusing on international health insurance and health management. You will mainly engage with our clients and partners in the international health insurance space (to learn more about the “health management” space, do some research on our website). Our clients are international and residents all across the globe. Some of our key insurance partners include Cigna, Bupa, Allianz, Now Health, and many others.
Optimally, you already have some experience in the field of international health insurance / international private medical insurance. Over time, you will take over and become responsible to manage a portfolio of existing clients.
- You manage the existing customer portfolio and support our customers as a competent and friendly contact person at any time.
- You will ensure that the annual policy renewals run smoothly.
- You will administrate and manage claims queries of our clients.
- All in all: you ensure that we leave a great impression with our clients and partners and are perceived as a market leader.
- You bring very good language skills in English + French with a professional, stylistically confident expression both orally and in writing, any other languages are a plus
- Your experience in the (ideally international) health insurance sector will ensure a fast onboarding.
- It is a benefit if you already have an existing network in the insurance and insurance brokerage industry.
- You are self-motivated and self-organized. You are also efficient and productive when someone is not constantly watching your back. You may work remotely for the largest part of your time.

Based in Switzerland
For our firm, a globally active, independent Medical Family Office for an affluent international clientele, we are looking for an additional force for our team in Dübendorf, just next to the train station Stettbach.
For over 25 years we have been focusing on international health insurance and health management. You will further develop and engage with our business introducers and partners in the international health insurance space (to learn more about the “health management” space, do some research on our website). Your task will be the development of new business by further expanding our network with brokers, financial advisors, family offices, and other private client advisors that will recommend our services to their clients. You will analyze the demands and needs of potential clients, quote products to prepare a market review, and advise the client on selecting the most suitable product.
- You independently establish contacts with partners and “intermediaries” in the financial and insurance industry, who recommend their clients to us.
- You actively and independently take care of the acquisition of new customers, advise and prepare offers.
- You support our prospects and customers with regard to the best products for their personal situation.
- All in all: you ensure that we leave a great impression with our clients and partners and are perceived as a market leader.
- You bring very good language skills in German + English with professional, stylistically confident expression both orally and in writing, any other languages are a plus.
- Your experience in the (ideally international) health insurance sector and / or your quick quickness of the mind ensure a fast onboarding.
- Certification as an insurance broker according to FINMA regulation is required.
- It is a benefit if you already have an existing network in the finance and insurance industry.
